Joined Avon Metals in 2001 as Laboratory Manager after more than 20 years experience within the aluminium industry.

Background in chemistry, progressing to aluminium alloy production control and management. Particularly experienced in production scheduling, MRP and aluminium chemical analysis.

Jeremy was appointed Production Manager in September 2005.

    Justen Sterry

    Quality & Laboratory Manager 

Justen joined Avon Metals as a Laboratory Assistant in February 2001 with a HNC in chemistry. After leaving briefly in 2002 to complete a honours degree in Chemistry Justen returned as Laboratory Technician in 2004.

He was promoted to Quality and Laboratory Supervisor in 2005 and subsequently Quality and Laboratory Manager in 2006. Justen is management representative for the Quality & Environmental Management Systems and REACH.
